Senior Customer Success Specialist
Lisa joined PharmiWeb in 2022 and works closely with clients to ensure the full utilisation and success of their accounts. She is the main point of contact for monthly account reports, regular personalised account reviews and more. Lisa loves the outdoors and enjoys walking, running, and travelling, as well as attending the odd festival or two.
Kelly Tipper
Business & Operations Director
Kelly joined the team in 2014 and now oversees all business and operational functions, including managing PharmiWeb’s account management, operations, and design teams. She has seen PharmiWeb grow from a team of 4 to 8, and is proud of our small yet dedicated, hardworking, and versatile team. Outside of work, Kelly loves to travel both in the UK and abroad, enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and beach lounging. She is also in the process of walking the Southwest Coast Path in chunks and is currently halfway through.
Abbie Boyd
Senior Operations Specialist
Abbie has been with PharmiWeb since 2017 when she joined the team as Admin Support. After moving into account management where she provided ongoing support to current and prospective clients, Abbie has now joined the operations team where she helps to ensure the business is running as smoothly as possible. Outside of work, Abbie is a Beaver Scout Leader and is in the process of learning sign language. She also loves music and watching Marvel and horror films.
