The training courses we currently offer include:

These will be delivered by PharmiWeb's Managing Director, Vincent Lody, and Head of Business Development, Simon Brough.
This training can be delivered on - site or remotely.

Business Development F2F 4 hours (interactive) = £3000 Plus Travel Expenses
Aimed at recruiters, this comprehensive Business Development course is designed to provide you with the tools needed to build a winning BD team, streamline your BD efforts, and ultimately grow your client base. We will cover the key strategies and techniques for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and leveraging social media and other digital channels to connect with prospects. Whether you are a seasoned recruiter or just starting out, this course will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this competitive field.
Recruitment Advertising – online - 45 mins = £1000
In this course, we will provide practical ways of enhancing your recruitment advertising; from crafting compelling and persuasive job adverts, to utilising push technology to clearly communicate the value of your roles directly to your target audience. You will learn the essential techniques needed to truly engage candidates, and to make your organisation stand out against your competitors. By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of how to attract top talent in today’s job market, and how to optimise your adverts for maximum impact.
EVP F2F or online – 3 hours = £3000
This course is designed to help you develop a powerful Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and effectively communicate this to your target audience of talent through omnichannel marketing. With an analysis of the current job market and the key things today’s jobseekers are looking for, we’ll provide practical guidance on how to integrate your EVP into your recruitment and retention strategies, and how to use this to enhance your employer branding. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the tools needed to engage top talent through positioning your organisation as an employer of choice.

Business Development Team
As Managing Director I am predominantly responsible for sales, business development, account management and strategic consultancy as well as running this highly successful business. I personally oversee all new business activity and the retention/growth of existing accounts. I also assist our clients with their strategic employer value proposition planning and am able to offer my expertise to not only larger corporations, but to small start ups too. The main focus here tends to be big Pharma, Biotech and Clinical Research Organisations.
Head of Business Development
My role as Head of Business Development involves generating new business and retaining our valued clients year after year. I am also responsible for training new starters, creating additional revenue streams, building partnerships and finding new and exciting routes for PharmiWeb to take in the future.
